Prayers & Meditations

The following prayers are derived from Usui Advanced Reiki Training and traditions. I have charged each track with Reiki energy that you might receive by listening to the track. Each prayer is meant to open and allow you to connect with the corresponding chakra more deeply. Each prayer track is around one minute and contains recordings of singing bowls, sound tuners aligned to each chakra, my voice, and music tracks by Chris Collins. Enjoy these at your leisure, accompanied by any work you do to tune into a chakra, release energy blockage from a chakra, or when you may want more connection with your inner world.
