Meet Jeff
As a spiritual healer and coach with many gifts, I started Eternal Light as a sacred space dedicated to supporting people seeking greater purpose, connection, and healing. My credentials include Usui Reiki Master and Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master.
In 2017, I received my Usui Reiki Master training from Indigo Intentions. Since then, I have continued to practice hands-on Reiki as part of my daily routine. I later received my Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Masters from Indigo Intentions in 2025.
My life has been a journey of transformation and healing. Growing up, I had difficulty making my way in life and was given many different labels to describe the ways I showed my discomfort with life. Some of those labels included Tourette’s, ADHD, severe anxiety, and depression. I went through very dark times through middle school and high school, moving schools every year until I graduated. I worked to fit in each year, rather than figure out who I was. Eventually, I found that those labels did not describe who I am, and the only person I needed to fit in with, was myself.
In 2005, I began working in enterprise software sales at a Fortune 100 company and have had various software sales and alliances jobs from then until 2024. While I always exceeded my goals and was very successful, something was missing. I didn’t quite fit in in the corporate world. I also weighed 285 pounds for part of that time. A mask of sorts that I created and carried to shield me during my adolescent and young adult life.
In 2008, I realized my overweight body was limiting me, and a spark was lit in me. I began the long journey to lose the weight to be able to do things I wanted, like hiking at national parks and connecting with mother nature. Over a period of 18 months, I kept at my goal, despite plateaus and setbacks, and I finally lost 130 pounds and have kept it off ever since.
In 2015, I met my now wife, who encouraged me to embrace the emotional and spiritual side of life. In this most recent iteration of my healing journey, I discovered the ManKind Project and participated in the New Warrior Training Weekend in November 2015. I’ve been a dedicated and active participant since then, serving in local leadership roles and staffing Warrior Trainings in service to other men.
I first learned about Reiki during my honeymoon in 2017, when my wife and I went to Kauai and discovered the strong, peaceful energy of that place (picture to the right). After we came back to Austin, I found Indigo Intentions and underwent my Reiki training.

Along the way on this journey, I’ve worked with various coaches, mentors, and therapists across a wide range of modalities. I have discovered that those labels assigned to me as a kid were just that–labels–and the “something missing” in my corporate sales jobs was the gift of healing. I have been given that gift, and it is my duty and responsibility to share this gift with others. Although my sales jobs over the years have been fun, meaningful, and rewarding in their own way, I have chosen the path of offering healing to myself and others, which aligns with my deeper purpose and is far more deeply rewarding to me.
I defy the expectations that American society forces onto its men: that earning power is of utmost importance, that masculinity means violence and domination, and that real men do not have or show emotions.
I have cleared the many layers of spiritual and psychic blockages that kept me from finding and accepting the bright light I have within myself. I have found that there is an inner wisdom, inner knowing, and inner healer, deep within myself. I have learned that this space within has the answers I seek and is connected with the rest of the world. I have continued to nurture and grow this light within.
I believe we all have a light within, and I’ve learned how to offer healing for you to find and grow a connection with your light within.
I believe that you have all the answers and brilliance inside of you. That there is an inner wisdom and knowing so deep and wise. All you need to do is connect with it, speak to it, and listen.
My role is to help you follow your bliss, achieve your dreams, and clear any spiritual energy and psychic blockages that may keep you from finding the light you have within.
